Snake Patrick's Day - March 17, 2008; the day I started changing my name every day. That day I was "Snake Plisskin." According to legend, St. Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland. Someone has to remember the snakes.

Transrational - Any of the myriad activites of the mind that operate differently, outside of or contrary to rational thought. Mystic states, religious ferver, peak experience, and orgasmic bliss are a few examples. I'm tempted to add non-organic mental illness to the list, but I'm not sure if that really exists; in that if your odd behavior is not caused by some kind of chemical imbalance, I don't think I'd call it an illness. Transrationalism holds that mental faculties apart from reason can be useful, enjoyable or desirable. Just becuase magic doesn't exist doesn't mean you won't experience rewards for behaving as though it does.
